This is unfortunately common with streaming video at times...This can be due to a couple of issues: Your internet connection, general internet connectivity issues, or issues with the video server's connectivity.

The first thing you want to do is check your connection. To stream HD Video, you should have at  minimum a 1.5Mbps download speed.  To see what your speed is, go to this website:

http://speedtest.net

Click on begin test.

If your speed is less than 1Mbps, then the issue is likely an issue with your internet provider. Most internet issues are resolved within a couple of hours, but if it persists, you may want to reboot your router and modem. If that doesn't help, call your Internet Service  Provider and report your issues.

If you speed is above that, contact us and let us know of your test results and we'll have additional steps to take to see where the issue is stemming from.

Additionally, if you have a slow internet connection/repeated buffering, you can try this:
When you play a video, a light gray bar will advance in front of the playhead, showing you how much of your video has been buffered. Your playback should be smooth as long as you're viewing your video within the light gray buffer region.

If you're experiencing choppy playback, pause the video, allow the video to buffer for a few moments, then try playing your video again!
